When your days are full and your body feels off-script, you need more than tips. In our signature 1:1 nutrition program, a registered dietitian builds a plan around your schedule, your labs, and your non-negotiables—so you regain steady energy, deeper sleep, and a calmer relationship with food.

We target the root causes of symptoms including afternoon crashes, night-time wakeups, and unexpected mid-section weight gain. Additionally, we work to roll back any early metabolic disturbances like pre-diabetes or high cholesterol.

One-Time Functional Health Assessment

We do a thorough intake including labwork, symptom assessment, and personal health goal alignment. This is your 90-minute session where we discuss the root-cause of what’s going on and map a plan that will propel you into the right direction.

You’ll be able to discuss current issues and concerns, ask questions, and we’ll come up with a game plan for you to implement starting as soon as the next day! I’m Jenny Bates, MS, RD – women’s-health dietitian and founder of Turning Point Nutrition. I’m not here to judge your plate; I’m here to make your life feel lighter.
